STxOP has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate
our firm commitment to your privacy. The following discloses our information
gathering and dissemination.
STxOP does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information
regarding its customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held
with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which
you have not consented.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and
services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address)
and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact
information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our
company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get
in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information is only made available to
the credit card processor using state of the art encription to safeguard your identity.
STxOP does not store, nor do we have access to your credit card information.
Shipping
Policy:
We at STxOP try to
ship ALL orders within 1-3 business days. At times there is a temporary out of stock
item. If it will take us longer than one week to get the item back in stock, we
will notify you by e-mail. You have the opportunity to let us hold the order
and ship when we get the item or you may ask us to cancel the order.
We USUALLY ship via
United States Postal Service (USPS). We have found that they are more
suitable for the small items we usually ship. On many items we automatically
use Priority Mail. The USPS says that Priority Mail is delivered within 3 or 4
days, anywhere in the US, but it is NOT guaranteed. We have found that this
criteria is usually meet. Please be aware that the delivery time you see during
the checkout process is ONLY the transit time, not the time to receive you order.
If you order something on Friday afternoon, and Priority Mail is the delivery method chosen
and it quotes 2-3 days, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PACKAGE ON MONDAY OR TUESDAY. It will not be
processed until Monday and may not ship until Tuesday. Then the 2-3 days would mean a Thursday
delivery. At times we use other shipping methods such as UPS or
FedEx, depending on the specific item or unusual circumstances. If there are
additional charges to use these alternative shippers, we DO NOT pass
these on to the customer.
Return Policy:
STxOP will accept the original article for a refund if the following
criteria is met: It is return in the same condition it was sent, It is returned within 30 days of shipment, We receive email notification of the intent to return. We will issue credit once the items are in our possession and verified to be in
the original condition.
